Yes, in order to exchange the product, you must include a completed merchandise exchange form:
DOWNLOAD MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE FORM and return the exchanged goods to the company's headquarters.

4. How much time do I have to return/complain about products?

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. The goods must be sent back immediately, no later than 14 days.

5. how long will I have to wait for a refund?

Refunds will be made up to 14 business days after the returned products arrive.

6. Who covers the shipping costs in case of return/complaint of an order, or exchange of products?

The cost of returning/complaining, or replacing the products shall be borne by the buyer.
