Hereinafter referred to as the Seller.
The online store operates in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, in particular:
Law of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights
Act of April 23, 1964 Civil Code
Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (RODO).
The customer is obliged to read the Terms and Conditions before making a purchase. Use of the store implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are made available free of charge at www.mandragorastore.pl in a manner that allows its acquisition, reproduction and recording.
II. Definitions
The terms used in the Regulations shall mean:

Store - online store available at www.mandragorastore.pl
Customer - a natural person, legal entity or organizational unit purchasing from the Store
Consumer - a natural person making a purchase not directly related to economic or professional activity
Order - a declaration of will of the Customer aimed at concluding a contract of sale
Account - user panel made available to the customer after registration
Goods - a movable item that is the subject of the Store's offer
Regulations - this document.
III. Scope of activity
The seller conducts retail sales:
clothing
jewelry
fashion and accessories
additives and products available
via the Internet.
All products offered in the store are new, free of legal and physical defects, approved for sale in the territory of the European Union.
The store also conducts foreign sales within the European Union countries.
IV. Rules of using the Store
In order to use the Store it is required:
device with internet access
web browser
active e-mail address
cookies enabled.
The customer undertakes to:
provide true personal information
use of the Store in accordance with the law and the rules of social coexistence
not to take actions aimed at disrupting the operation of the Store.
V. Placing orders
Orders can be placed through the website 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
To place an order, the customer performs the following steps:
product selection
add to cart
completion of the order form
acceptance of the Regulations
choice of delivery and payment method
approval of the order with the Buy and pay button.
The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order.
The customer receives an e-receipt to the e-mail address provided in the order. A paper receipt or a VAT invoice can be issued upon request.
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. VI. Prices and forms of payment
All prices of products given in the Store are gross prices, expressed in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
The prices of the products do not include delivery costs, which are quoted during the ordering process.
The seller reserves the right to change the prices of products and delivery costs, provided that these changes do not apply to orders placed before the changes took effect.

If you choose to pay by traditional transfer, the customer is required to make payment within 3 working days from the date of placing the order. After this date, the order may be canceled.
VII. Order processing and delivery
Delivery time is from 1 to 5 business days, unless the product description indicates otherwise.
Delivery takes place on the territory of the Republic of Poland and to the countries of the European Union, as well as to the USA.

Personal collection at the Nina Basco boutique (Promenada Gallery, Warsaw)
Delivery costs are listed during the ordering process and in the Delivery tab.
In the case of overseas shipping, delivery costs are determined individually.
VIII. E-paragraphs
The vendor issues fiscal receipts in electronic form (e-paragons) in accordance with applicable laws.
The e-paragon is sent to the email address provided by the customer when placing the order.
A paper receipt or VAT invoice can be issued upon request.
IX. Withdrawal from the contract
A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller of his decision by email.

The cost of returning the product shall be borne by the Consumer.
The consumer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the product resulting from the use of the product beyond what is necessary to ascertain the characteristics and functioning of the product.
Refund of payment will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product by the Seller.
X. Complaints
The seller is liable to the customer if the sold product has a physical or legal defect.

The complaint should include:
description of the defect
the date it was found
Customer's request
proof of purchase
The seller will consider the complaint within 14 days of receipt.
If the complaint is accepted, the product will be repaired, replaced or the Seller will refund the amount due. XI. Complaints concerning the provision of services by electronic means
The seller takes measures to ensure the proper operation of the store's website to the extent of current technical knowledge.
The customer has the right to file a complaint about the operation of the store's website.

The complaint should include a description of the problem and the customer's contact information.
The seller will consider the complaint within 14 days of receipt.
XII. Liability
The seller is not responsible for:
Acts of God,
Store interruptions due to system upgrades,
disruptions in the operation of the store due to the fault of telecommunications operators or Internet providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for indirect damages or lost profits of the Customer.
XIII. Personal information
The administrator of the Customers' personal data is the Seller.
Customers' personal data are processed for the purpose of:
implementation of the order,
handling returns and complaints,
issuance of accounting documents,
Implementation of the Vendor's legal obligations.
Personal data is not shared with third parties, except:
courier companies,
payment operators,
Accounting and IT systems providers.
The customer is entitled to:
access to the content of their data,
Their correction,
deletion request,
processing restrictions,
filing an objection,
data portability.

XIV. Out-of-court dispute resolution
The consumer has the option of using out-of-court dispute resolution.

XV. Final Provisions
The Regulations come into force on the date of publication on the store's website.
The seller reserves the right to change the rules and regulations for important legal or organizational reasons.
Changes to the regulations do not affect orders already in progress.
In matters not regulated by the Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
The competent court to resolve disputes shall be the common court with jurisdiction over the registered office of the Seller, except for cases involving Consumers, which shall be resolved by the courts of competent jurisdiction according to the provisions of law.
